Force and duration of man’s and female sex experiences partly depend on ability meaningly to supervise the muscular reactions. The important role one of the perineum muscles, located between an anus and an urethra plays thus, a Levator ani – a muscle lifting an anus. If this muscle is weak from a birth or on other causes (at some women it is stretched after childbirth), it reduces intensity of an orgasm. In 1950 gynecologist Arnold Kegel has offered the women experiencing after childbirth of difficulty with the control over an urination, special exercises. There were, that these exercises which have received the name “kegels“, not only stop a consensual urination, but also raise a sex tonus.
